• The app identifies early signs of mental health challenges through mood patterns and social isolation signals, then proactively nudges you and, if needed, escalates outreach to your trusted contacts.

• Log your daily mood on a scale of 1-5 through the mood tracking feature.
• Set weekly social interaction goals (Premium and Family plans) to stay connected with loved ones.
• Add 1-3 emergency contacts during onboarding or in your account settings.
• Receive personalized nudges and wellness content based on your mood patterns and goal completion.
• View your mood history and goal progress in the app.

To access advanced features and support your mental wellness journey, you can subscribe to our plans:

• Free Plan – Mood tracking and wellness content
• Premium Plan ($11.99/month) – Goal tracking, nudges, and escalation features
• Family Plan ($7.99 per user/month) – Shared access with dependent accounts

Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscribers get access to enhanced features, personalized content, and priority support.

To permanently delete your account:

• Go to your Profile section in the app
• Navigate to Account Settings
• Tap the Delete Account button
• Confirm your choice to complete the deletion

Please note: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
